We are currently seeking skilled Processing Operators on our 1st shift. In this position, you will be responsible for operating a variety of food processing equipment in the production of our products. You will follow recipes, use scales to measure ingredients, complete required quality checks and complete all job related paperwork. In addition to operating the equipment, you will clean and sanitize equipment and tools during changeovers.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year hands-on experience working in the processing area of a food manufacturing facility. You must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You must also be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with excellent chances for advancement within our company.
- Hours: 6:55 am – 2:55 p.m. Monday – Friday
- Salary: $16.50/hour

The HIRING BONUS is paid in two installments: (1) 50% after the new hire completes three months of employment, and (2) a second payment of 50% after the new hire completes six months of employment.
