Arugula And Romaine Salad with Avocado Vinaigrette

1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
2 cups arugula
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup thinly sliced radishes
3 oz. ricotta salata, shaved thin
3 tablespoons Good Sense® Crispy onion Sesame Sensations™

1 avocado, peeled and seeded
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup cilantro

6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil


In a blender combine avocado, garlic, lime juice, water, vinegar, and cilantro. As the avocado mixture is blending gradually add the olive oil until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a large bowl toss together the romaine , arugula, tomatoes, and radishes. Top with ricotta salata and Crispy Onion Sesame Sensations™. Dress the salad with the vinaigrette and enjoy!
