Fruit Salad with Strawberry Poppy Seed Dressing

2 cups cantaloupe, cut in chunks
2 cups honeydew melon, cut in chunks
2 cups seedless red or green grapes
1 20oz can pineapple chunks - drained
1 cup strawberries, cut in half
1 package Salad Pizazz!® Honey Toasted Delites™

1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon red onion - minced
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup safflower oil
1 teaspoon poppy seeds


Toss fruit in a large salad bowl.

Combine first six dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor. With blender running, gradually pour in the oil until incorporated. Add poppy seeds and blend for a few seconds longer; set dressing aside. Mix the dressing into the fruit and top with Salad Pizazz!® Honey Toasted Delites™ just before serving.
