Spinach & Orange Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing

10oz. bag baby spinach
1/2 cup red onion - chopped
1 15oz. can mandarin oranges - drained
1/2 package Salad Pizazz!® Orange Cranberry Almondine™

2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil


Combine spinach, red onion and oranges in a large bowl.  In another bowl, whisk together first six dressing ingredients.  Add oil in slowly and whisk until incorporated.  Pour dressing over salad, add Salad Pizazz!® Orange Cranberry Almondine™, and toss gently to coat.
