Grilled Chicken and Mandarin Orange Salad

1/2 cup safflower oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 ½ teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
12 ounces mixed baby greens
1 pound grilled boneless chicken breasts (chilled and cut into strips)
1/2 cup edamame beans (cooked and shelled)
1 15oz can mandarin oranges
2 green onions chopped (white and green parts)
1/2 package Salad Pizazz! Asian MedleyTM


Whisk together the first seven ingredients in a bowl.  Place greens in a large bowl and top with chicken, edamame, mandarin oranges, and green onions.  Toss with dressing and top with Salad Pizazz! Asian MedleyTM
