Curry Shrimp Salad

10 large shrimp
1-2 tsp. mayo
1 rib celery chopped
2 dashes curry powder
1 dash thyme
1 dash garlic powder
Good Sense® Honey Roasted Sunflower Nuts
Iceberg Lettuce
Grape tomatoes
Cucumbers, sliced
Low-Fat raspberry walnut vinaigrette
Strawberries or Raspberries, sliced


Mix together shrimp, mayo, diced celery with curry powder, garlic powder and thyme.  Refrigerate to chill.  Mix lettuce, tomato and cucumber together.  Dress with honey roasted sunflower seeds, raisins and vinaigrette.  Add chilled shrimp. Garnish with sliced strawberries or raspberries.
