1/3 cup Good Sense® Apricots, chopped in small pieces
1 pkg Good Sense® Cranberries 'N More®
2 tbsp water
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped apricots and Cranberries 'N More®; add the water and set aside.
2. Combine 1 cup of the flour and 1/3 cup of the brown sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in the butter with a fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Press mixture into an 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Bake at 350° F for about 20 minutes.
3. Beat the eggs with electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the remaining flour, sugar and vanilla until combined. Stir in the fruit and nut mixture. Pour mixture over hot crust and spread evenly.
4. Bake about 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Sift powdered sugar over top. Cut into bars.
