Patty's Yummy Tofu Stir Fry

Cook time: 10 minutes


1/4 cup Good Sense® Sunflower Nuts, Roasted & Salted
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbs olive oil
1-8oz pkg tempeh or extra firm tofu
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or substitute with coleslaw)
Any variety shredded cheese (or parmesan cheese, grated)


Saute sunflower nuts and garlic in olive oil.  Add cubed tempeh or extra firm tofu and brown. Then, add spinach or coleslaw and saute briefly until tender.  Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
