Guacamole with Spicy Roasted Watermelon Kernels

3 ripe avocados- peeled, pitted and mashed
3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice from 1 lime
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup red onion, diced
3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 jalepeno or Serrano chili pepper, minced
1/4 cup Good Sense® Spicy Roasted Salted Watermelon Kernels


In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, chili pepper, and garlic.  Sprinkle watermelon kernels on top and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
