Spicy Chicken Salad

1 (12.5ounce) can chicken breast packed in water, drained
½ cup Good Sense® Spicy Roasted Watermelon Kernels
3 stalks celery, diced
2 Tablespoons onion, finely chopped
½ cup Light or regular Mayonnaise
Juice from ½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients and spread on bread, English muffins, or add 2 cups cooked pasta.
