½ cup Good Sense® Dried Cranberries
¼ cup Good Sense ® Roasted Sunflower Nuts
1 (10 ounce) can chicken breast, drained
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne or black pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and cayenne pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, onion, dried fruit, and dressing.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or more before serving. Mix in dried fruit and sunflower seeds just before serving.
