3 cups bow tie pasta
1 (16 ounce) bottle coleslaw dressing
2/3 cup mayonnaise
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups chopped celery
½ cup diced green onions
1 (6 ounce) package Good Sense® Roasted & Salted Cashews
2 (6.5 ounce) packages Good Sense® Fruit Nibbler®
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together coleslaw dressing and mayonnaise.
3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, celery and green onions. Stir in dressing and mix well. Refrigerate salad for 2 hours or overnight. Mix in cashews and Fruit Nibbler® just before serving. Serve cold.
