Linda's Low-Fat Orange Cranberry Muffins

1 box Duncan Hines Signature Orange Supreme Cake Mix
1 15oz Canned Pumpkin
1 Egg
Zest 1 Orange
Juice 1 Orange
1 package Salad Pizazz!® Orange Cranberry Almondine™


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners.
In a medium size bowl, mix pumpkin, egg, orange zest, orange juice and Salad Pizazz!® Orange Cranberry Almondine™.
Gradually mix in cake mix.
Scoop into the prepared muffin pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
