Wasabi Pea Nut Brittle

1 ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar

3/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup

2/3 Cup Water

1/2 Cup Good Sense® Wasabi Peas

1/2 Cup Good Sense® Roasted Salted Cashew Pieces

1/2 Cup Good Sense® Slivered Almonds

2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda


Grease 1 Large Baking Sheet, set aside. In a Medium Saucepan Combine Sugar, Corn Syrup, and Water. Bring mixture to a boil stirring occasionally until ingredients combine. Without stirring, let the mixture cook until 300° F (Hard Crack Stage) and mixture is a caramel color. Remove mixture from heat. Immediately stir in Wasabi Peas, Cashews, Almonds, Butter, and Baking Soda. Pour mixture onto greased baking sheet. Let Brittle cool completely and break into bite size pieces.
